"Front desk staff, Gary, in particular went out of the way to be hugely helpful when i got lost walking back late at night from the Sovereign Center by myself in the rain - came out and picked me up. The entire staff is helpful and friendly (front desk, restaurant, bar) and the entire experience is an amazing value - very nice accomodations - spotless and comfortable."
