Ah yes, I have returned my readers! In this, the latest installment of the soon to be syndicated series (HOPEFULLY), I explore the world of requests. As a Guest Service Agent, I am constantly receiving and answering requests. It is what we do. We cannot let the sheer volume or diversity of requests throw us into a mania, like poor Spartacus does. A good hotel will act on requests as soon as possible, to make the guest's stay the best it can be. A small disclaimer, we do not, under any circumstances, supply dune buggies, or helicopter pads. Also, none of our GSA's are qualified to put a light saber together.... so for all those aspiring Jedis, we apologize in advance. Until next time...
