"When we checked in Melanie helped us and I would like to say how nice it was after a long trip to have such a sweet and helpful person check us in. We came for the Girlfriends Getaway and Stephanie M. coordinated it for us b4 we arrived but made sure that her girlfriends were taken care of. "There was some confusion regarding the rooms we requested but within minutes - Maria- came to our rooms with our complimentary items and was kind, helpful and very efficient in showing us our alternative which was available. Maria and Stephanie M. were outstanding in their positions and definitely made sure our group was taken care of in every way.
